Editor note: WASHINGTON -- Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan picked up support from another Senate Republican today, as Olympia Snowe, of Maine, announced she would support Kagan's nomination. Snowe is the fourth Republican to announce her support. Republicans Susan Collins, also of Maine, Richard Lugar of Indiana, and Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, have already said they will vote to confirm Kagan.
