Editor note: Unemployed Americans are a ticking timebomb. Do we really want to wait around and see if they explode? Politicians are betting that they'll take it -- grin and bear it. Gallup's been following the unemployed and they are not happy.

As with Friday's unemployment report, Gallup's most recent Daily Tracking Poll finds that nearly one-fifth of the population is (still) "underemployed": 
One thing the Labor Department data does not reveal, however, is the mood of those who are out of work or are employed part-time but want to work full-time. According to Gallup, sentiment remains bleak:
